Undertakings, Representations and Warranties of the Parties. (a) Licensee agrees that the right and license granted under this Agreement are conditioned upon Licensee’s using commercially reasonable efforts and undertaking all reasonable actions at Licensee’s sole expense to maximize sales of the Licensed Articles to the Customers. Licensee shall not in any way use the Licensed Property except as specifically authorized by this Agreement.
