Price Payment and Taxes. 23.1 Unless expressly stated in the Purchase Order, the price shall be deemed to include any and all taxes arising from the design, manufacture, transport, delivery and sale of the equipment, including without limitation taxes, duties, fees, excises, assessments, and similar government charges howsoever described and howsoever denominated imposed by any governmental entity having jurisdiction over the transactions which are the subject of the Purchase Order and/or the performance of the work. Such taxes, duties, etc. whether they are a part of the price or are separately stated in the Purchase Order, shall be separately stated on any invoice submitted to Buyer. If Buyer furnishes Seller an exemption certificate, or any other similar proof of exemption, with respect to any tax, duty, etc. then Seller shall not include such tax on the invoice. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in Seller’s invoice being rejected.

Price Payment and Taxes. 10.1. The User shall pay to HFT the Price for the Products bought on the Website. Once payment has been made, it is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Return Policy. The User agrees that once the Price has been paid to HFT, title in the payment shall wholly belong to HFT.

Price Payment and Taxes. Supplier shall sell the Parts at the prices set forth in Exhibit A. Such prices are quoted based on FOB Korea. Unless otherwise specified, the Prices do not include sales, use or similar taxes applied against the finished Part sold to Logitech. On a quarterly basis, Supplier and Logitech shall meet to review and agree upon reasonable price adjustments. Supplier ‘s maximum price in US Dollars to Logitech during the term or any renewal period for this Agreement shall be the price first set forth in Exhibit A on the date of execution of this Agreement. Logitech shall pay Supplier Net 45 days from the invoice or from the shipment of the Parts, whichever is later. Payment shall be in United States Dollars.
