Unpaid Balance. The amount of the unpaid balance of each Mortgage Loan which is reflected on Exhibit A is correct as of the date of Exhibit A and there are no defenses, setoffs or counterclaims against any Mortgage Loan.

If a Quarterly Grid Report has not yet been prepared in respect of a given quarter, then each Borrower acknowledges, confirms and agrees with each Lender that all amounts recorded on the applicable Group Borrowings Grid prepared by Nortel Corporation or Nortel Limited, as the case may be, in accordance with this Article 5 will constitute prima facie evidence of any and all balances owing as indicated in such Group Borrowings Grid, and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, will be conclusive evidence of any unpaid balance.

Unpaid Balance. If an account has a balance due at any t ime which goes unpaid for 30 days. The balance will be subject to a 15% interest fee until full balance is paid.
Unpaid Balance. The amount of any Instrument cashed or negotiated by us for you or credited to the Account for which payment is not received by us, and any other amounts you owe us, including any expenses we incur in connection with payment of a dishonoured or unpaid Instrument or transaction. Swimmers may use locker rooms for changing or showering, however all gear bags/personal belongings should be neatly stowed on deck against the windows. All YMCA policies apply to swimmer(s) and their families while on the premises. Please respect and follow any instructions from YMCA staff while in the facility. Families interested in working out during practice should contact the YMCA membership desk.
