Pre-Service. Supplier will provide leadership, management oversight, staffing and technical expertise of: • Authorization/Referral (Verification) – Supplier will (i) perform authorization clearance services for patients to verify that an authorization is in place, and (ii) document all required authorizations. • Insurance Eligibility Verification (Financial Clearance) – Once the payer is identified, check benefit eligibility and obtain verification from insurance (governmental or commercial) that the patient reported insurance for the applicable service is still in force and will reimburse the provider for the service.
Pre-Service. Before any driver begins transporting students during the time period covered by this contract, Vendor shall, at its sole expense, arrange for a comprehensive drug and alcohol assessment of the driver. The result of this drug and alcohol assessment shall be transmitted directly from the laboratory conducting the testing to CHCCS at least ten (10) days prior to the first day the driver transports students under this Agreement.

SECURITY TRAINING - Training specified by the Department as equivalent to that provided by the Department for security officers and required to be provided by Esmor to all staff designated by Esmor as security officers. Such training shall consist of 215 academy hours followed by at least 40 hours of on-the-job (OJT) training under direct supervision of an experienced security officer. Change to Read... Such training shall be in compliance with Attachment #3, as changed by Amendment Number Two, followed by at least 40 hours of on-the-job (OJT) training under direct supervision of an experienced security officer. Add the following definition: CAPITAL EQUIPMENT - Item(s) acquired by CSC with monies from the Welfare and Benefits Fund with a unit cost of $5,000 or more and a useful life of at least one year. Unit cost includes applicable sales tax, freight and other ancillary costs to place the asset in its intended location.
Pre-Service. 1.1 Pre-Onboarding Requirements Notwithstanding any proposal, term sheet, or application signed by the MERCHANT, PLATFORM OWNER reserves the right to cancel, delay, defer, or suspend service of the KONSTRUK ECOMMERCE SYSTEM if the necessary pre-onboarding requirements (as communicated to MERCHANT) are not submitted on time or as requested. Pre-onboarding requirements include basic national and local government registrations, basic corporate or legal documentation, and other relevant documents as may be required by PLATFORM OWNER. Complete list of pre- onboarding requirements as required in this provision is enumerated in ANNEX 1-A.
