Platform Owner definition

Platform Owner means the person described as owner of a Distribution Platform in the “Distribution” section of Schedule 1. There is:

Platform Owner means the entity owning and/or controlling the Platform, whether acting for itself and/or on behalf of any of its affiliate companies and/or its third-party suppliers and/or its licensors and/or service providers.
