Examples of Hour of Service in a sentence
If the Participant is employed by the Employer on the last day of the Plan Year, the Participant must complete at least one Hour of Service for that Plan Year.
An amended vesting schedule will apply to a Participant only if the Participant receives credit for at least one Hour of Service after the new schedule becomes effective.
This Section 6.04(A) applies only to a Participant who has completed at least one Hour of Service with the Employer after August 22, 1984.
If the Employer elects a 2 years of service condition for eligibility purposes under Adoption Agreement Section 2.01, the Plan treats an Employee who incurs a one year Break in Service and who has never become a Participant as a new Employee on the date he first performs an Hour of Service for the Employer after the Break in Service.
