Photocopiers. The maintenance of the photocopiers is carried out by Apogee Photocopiers Ltd under the supervision of the Building Manager. • All staff must be careful when extracting mis-fed paper and take care not to touch the hazardous areas of the machine. Where it is considered too hazardous to extract the mis-fed paper the Building Manager must be informed. • The Building Manager is responsible for the ordering of toner and staples, and for the safe recycling of used toner cartridges. COMPUTERS, VDU’s &RSI: • Staff using visual display units should plan their work to include breaks away from their VDU screen; short frequent breaks are more satisfactory than occasional longer breaks: E.g. a 5 minute break after 50-60 minutes continuous screen and or keyboard work is better than a 15 minute break every 2 hours. • Staff that regularly use computers as part of their job at LSI are entitled to free eye tests, i.e. paid for by the school. • RSI, aches and pains can be avoided by adjusting the chair and VDU equipment, using good keyboard and mouse technique, and varying your activities or taking breaks to avoid sitting in the same position for long periods. The IT department is available for advice and assistance. • The workstations of employees are checked by the IT department to ensure that they meet minimum requirements of the Health & Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992.

  • Keys Keys with tags attached indicating number and/or description of door or room each key is intended to fit attached to each key shall be delivered to the Owner. Contractor shall prepare and furnish with the keys an itemized key schedule in quintuplicate listing the door or room number and/or description, serial number of key, and number of keys being delivered for each door or lock.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.

  • Manuals Each product delivered under contract to any Customer must be delivered with at least one (1) copy of a safety and operating manual and any other technical or maintenance manual. The cost of the manual(s) must be included in the price for the Product offered.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Furniture Sub-Sublandlord represents and warrants that all furniture and equipment listed and described in Schedule “B” attached hereto is within the Sub-Subleased Premises (such equipment and furniture is hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Existing Furniture”). The Sub-Sublandlord warrants that the Existing Furniture is free of any financial lien or hypothec and that there are no service contracts affecting the Existing Furniture. The parties acknowledge and agree that, upon the execution and delivery of this Sub-Sublease, without the requirement of any additional consideration, all rights, title and ownership in and to the Existing Furniture shall be conveyed to and vest in Sub-Subtenant and Sub-Subtenant shall be free to maintain and/or dispose the Existing Furniture as Sub-Subtenant so elects in its sole discretion but subject to the terms hereof. The foregoing conveyance with respect to the Existing Furniture shall be self-executing and no additional documentation shall be required in order to evidence the aforementioned assignment and conveyance of the Existing Furniture to Sub-Subtenant. Sub-Sublandlord makes no representation or warranty as to the condition, fitness or suitability of such Existing Furniture for Sub-Subtenant’s purposes. Sub-Subtenant may, as it deems appropriate or necessary, reconfigure the Existing Furniture to combine with any of Sub-Subtenant’s furniture and equipment. Sub-Sublandlord shall have no obligation for the maintenance, repair or replacement of any such Existing Furniture.

  • Doors Exterior doors may not be propped open for safety and security reasons. Students may be referred to the student conduct system if found propping these doors. Doors marked as emergency exits may only be used for emergency purposes other than during University-sanctioned move-in days.

  • Other Documentation Administrative Agent shall have received all documents and instruments that Administrative Agent has then reasonably requested, in addition to those described in this Section 4.1.
