PHOTOCOPIERS. The maintenance of the photocopiers is carried out by Apogee Photocopiers Ltd under the supervision of the Building Manager. • All staff must be careful when extracting mis-fed paper and take care not to touch the hazardous areas of the machine. Where it is considered too hazardous to extract the mis-fed paper the Building Manager must be informed. • The Building Manager is responsible for the ordering of toner and staples, and for the safe recycling of used toner cartridges. COMPUTERS, VDU’s &RSI: • Staff using visual display units should plan their work to include breaks away from their VDU screen; short frequent breaks are more satisfactory than occasional longer breaks: E.g. a 5 minute break after 50-60 minutes continuous screen and or keyboard work is better than a 15 minute break every 2 hours. • Staff that regularly use computers as part of their job at LSI are entitled to free eye tests, i.e. paid for by the school. • RSI, aches and pains can be avoided by adjusting the chair and VDU equipment, using good keyboard and mouse technique, and varying your activities or taking breaks to avoid sitting in the same position for long periods. The IT department is available for advice and assistance. • The workstations of employees are checked by the IT department to ensure that they meet minimum requirements of the Health & Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992.

  • Photographs You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any public spaces, grounds, offices at the Property or any sponsored events at the Property. You grant us and the Manager and our designees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish and re-publish photographic or video portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included, without restriction as to changes or alterations. This usage may be in conjunction with your own name or a fictitious name. It may involve reproductions in color or otherwise that may be made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known. Usage may include illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other legal purpose. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction with that usage. You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in that regard. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You agree that we, the Manager and our designees will have no liability due to any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur in taking or usage of any picture or in the subsequent processing or publication of the picture. You release us, the Manager, and our designees from all claims of any nature arising in any way from the use of your photograph or photographic image. This release contains the entire agreement on this subject matter.

  • Copies and Facsimiles This Agreement and all documents which relate thereto, which have been or may be hereinafter furnished the Lender may be reproduced by the Lender by any photographic, microfilm, xerographic, digital imaging, or other process, and the Lender may destroy any document so reproduced. Any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding (whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made in the regular course of business). Any facsimile which bears proof of transmission shall be binding on the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was initiated and likewise shall be so admissible in evidence as if the original of such facsimile had been delivered to the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was received.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

  • Format The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow (including encryption, signing, etc.) but including only the fields mentioned in the previous section, i.e., the file will only contain Domain and Registrar objects with the fields mentioned above. Registry Operator has the option to provide a full deposit file instead as specified in Specification 2.

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Computer The Contractor shall maintain at its office for its use a computer with, at a minimum, a 1 GHz processor and an internet connection. The Contractor shall maintain individual email accounts for each of its project managers.

  • Reproductions This Agreement and all documents which have been or may be hereinafter furnished by Borrower to the Bank may be reproduced by the Bank by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, xerographic or similar process, and any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding (whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made in the regular course of business).

  • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.

  • Electronic Monitoring All observations shall be conducted openly. Mechanical or electronic devices shall not be used to listen to or record the procedures of any class without the prior knowledge and consent of the teacher.
