Examples of Your Activities in a sentence

  • At any time the University may request a review of Your Activities.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Section 7 (Confidential Information), Section 8 (On-going Restrictions on Your Activities), and Section 11 (General Provisions) of the Employment Agreement, as well as Exhibit 1 to Prior Agreement (Terms of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Kodak Company Employee’s Agreement) attached thereto, shall remain in full force and effect and will continue to bind you following the Termination Date in accordance with their terms (collectively, all of the foregoing, the “Surviving Provisions”).

  • Home Institution shall indemnify and keep indemnified the University, its employees and students against any costs, loss, damages or expense suffered by them or any third party claim made against them, as a result of Your breach of this Agreement or Your negligence in connection with Your Activities or Your presence in the University.

Related to Your Activities

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

  • Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;
