Office Area definition

Office Area means the geographical area within a fifty (50) mile radius of Luminex’s current principal office at 00000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx., Xxxxxx, Xxxxx.

Office Area means the geographical area within a 25 mile radius of Executive’s primary residence as of the Effective Date (unless as of the Effective Date Executive resides more than 25 miles from the NMHC office to which Executive is primarily assigned as of the Effective Date, in which case the Office Area shall be the United States of America).

Examples of Office Area in a sentence

• The Space shall refer to that part of the Premises to which the Government has exclusive use, such as Office Area, or other type of Space.

• The Premises are defined as the total Office Area or other type of Space, together with all associated common areas, described in Section 1 of this Lease, and delineated by plan in the attached exhibit.

• For the purposes of this Lease, Space shall be measured in accordance with the standard (Z65.1-1996) provided by American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) for Office Area, which means “the area where a tenant normally houses personnel and/or furniture, for which a measurement is to be computed.” References to ABOA mean ANSI/BOMA Office Area.

• For Buildings in which any portion of the Space is on or above the sixth floor, and lease of the Space will result, either individually or in combination with other Government Leases in the Building, in the Government leasing 35,000 or more ANSI/BOMA Office Area SF of Space in the Building, then the entire Building shall be protected throughout by an automatic fire sprinkler system or an equivalent level of safety.

• XX rentable square feet (RSF), yielding XX ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of office and related Space located on the XX floor(s) and known as Suite(s) XX, of the Building, as depicted on the floor plan(s) attached hereto as Exhibit XX.

Office Area means the portion of the Building designated by the Landlord from time to time for office purposes located on all floors of the Building and such changes, alterations and improvements as may be made thereto from time to time in the sole discretion of the Landlord.

Office Area means the geographical area within a 40 mile radius of Luminex's current principal office at 12212 Technology Blvd., Austin, Texas.

Office Area means any private interior office or each one hundred fifty (150) square feet of open work area not used for sales, manufacturing or storage.

Office Area mean that part of the Building comprising the offices located on the ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor, fourth floor and fifth floor, mezzanine floor and such other parts of the Building that may be designated from time to time by the Landlord or the Management Company as the “Offices Area” which for the avoidance of doubt excludes, the Basement, the Retail Units and the Main Structure;

Office Area. For the purposes of this Lease, the Office Area shall mean the “Office Unit” identified in those certain plans entitled Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, Amended and Restated Vertical Subdivision Plan of Land, dated January 21, 2015 and recorded with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 2105, Page 23, as the same may be altered, expanded, reduced or otherwise changed by Landlord from time to time. The Office Area shall not include any areas which are to be leased for retail, restaurant, residential or entertainment purposes, nor shall it include the parking facilities located within the Project.

Office Area. Shall accommodate Aircraft Rental Provider’s or Flight Training Provider’s administrative activities and include sufficient and dedicated space for employee offices, work areas, and storage.
