Other Documentation. Administrative Agent shall have received all documents and instruments that Administrative Agent has then reasonably requested, in addition to those described in this Section 4.1. All such additional documents and instruments shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent in form, substance and date.
Other Documentation. Such other documents as may be reasonable and necessary in the opinion of the Title Company to consummate and close the purchase and sale contemplated herein pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, provided Seller shall not be required to cure any title objections.
Other Documentation. All other certificates, agreements, including instruments necessary to perfect the Collateral Agent’s security interest (to the extent required by the Security Documents) in all Chattel Paper, Instruments and Investment Property (as each such term is defined in the Security Agreement) of each Loan Party have been delivered or assigned to the Collateral Agent.
Other Documentation. Administrative Agent shall have received such other documents, instruments and agreements as it or any Bank may reasonably request, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and Banks.
Other Documentation. Such other certificates, instruments or documents required pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or otherwise necessary or appropriate to transfer the Purchased Assets and Assumed Liabilities in accordance with the terms hereof and consummate the Transaction, and to vest in Buyer full and complete title to the Purchased Assets, free and clear of all Encumbrances.
Other Documentation. Purchaser shall have received such other documents, certificates, opinions or statements as Purchaser may reasonably request, including legal opinions from the Company’s counsel covering such matters requested by the Purchaser.
Other Documentation. (as required) By submitting a proposal to this solicitation the Vendor agrees to and waives any objections to requirements contained therein. By submitting a proposal the Vendor certifies that it agrees to and satisfies all criteria specified in the solicitation.
Other Documentation. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received such other documents and instruments as are customary for transactions of this type or as they may reasonably request.
Other Documentation. This Assignment and Acceptance is being delivered to the Administrative Agent together with a properly completed Administrative Questionnaire, attached as Annex 2 hereto, if the Assignee is not already a Lender under the Credit Agreement.
