Personal Edition. You are granted a license as an individual to use the software on your company´s (company legal entity) behalf on your own named local host but not on a server-based operating system to use the components for CSV, HTTP and OData. At no time may Xtract Universal be used by non-employed individuals of your organization for any purposes - nor may Xtract Universal or one of its components be distributed to any place outside your organization and nor may Xtract Universal be used to transport data that is not owned by the organization. Enterprise Edition: You are granted a license for all individuals of your company (company legal entity) and contractors that you authorized to use the software on your company´s behalf on one specific named server to use the components for CSV, HTTP and OData. Personal Edition. The Personal Edition package has two (2) available options, (i) Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Client user license, and (ii) HFA/CTI Client user li- cense. Software under these license packages performs the same functionality, just under two different protocols, and can be downloaded by you, or you can purchase a Media Disk with the Software from Company, inclusive of associated documentation. The Software will automatically be provided with the purchase of OpenScape UC Voice or OpenScape UC Application, but will also operate on a stand-alone basis and does not require purchase of a separate OpenScape UC application or product. You may use the Software without charge for the first ninety (90) days. Thereafter, you may keep and use the base soft Client features. Any addi- tional features of the Software must be purchased prior to that time.   • Personal Safety 1. The employer and the Union agree that students must be held accountable for their conduct in the classroom, on campus, and at school-sponsored events.
