Company Legal Entity means any corporate entity or other legal structure which owns, holds or manages aircraft, aircraft engines or aircraft or engine parts that were sold or transferred to such corporate entity or legal structure by the Company or any of its subsidiaries and from which the Company or its subsidiaries receive, on an on-going basis, at least 20% of the economic benefit derived from the operation or sale of such sold or transferred assets.
