Permitting Assistance. Customer will cooperate with Seller’s reasonable requests to assist Seller in the process of obtaining required agreements, permits, and approvals. The Parties anticipate that such cooperation may include the execution and submission of applications to the applicable permitting authority and/or the Utility.

Any changes to drawings or specifications because of this review will be issued as part of the Bid Document submittal. o City Building Services Permits ▪ Consultant will coordinate with City to set up an intake review meeting with the City Building Services Department in advance of submitting the Certificate of Zoning Compliance (CZC) checklist and Final Design permit review application. ▪ The CZC checklist and supplemental information (project narrative, cover sheet, site-civil drawings, architectural elevations, and AutoCad files) will be submitted for City Building Services review/approval in advance of the Final Design submittal. ▪ CZC submittal comments will be resolved by Consultant to the satisfaction of the City Building Services Department. Any changes to drawings or specifications because of this review will be issued as part of the Final Design submittal. ▪ The Final Design submittal will be transmitted to the City Building Services Department following CZC approval. ▪ Final Design submittal comments will be resolved by Consultant to the satisfaction of the City Building Services Department. Any changes to drawings or specifications because of this review will be issued as part of the Bid Document submittal.
Permitting Assistance. The CONSULTANT shall prepare permit applications for the NPU’s signature along with all data and drawing submittals by the agencies requiring permit submittals. The NPU shall pay all required permit application fees. Since all work is to be conducted in the NPU rights of way, no wetlands or special environmental concerns are anticipated. Accordingly, no ERP or USACOE permitting is included. The following permits will be applied for:
Permitting Assistance. If repairs necessitate obtaining a building permit, as required by the Merced County Code, then Contractor will provide materials and labor necessary to obtain building permits. Materials include, but are not limited to: drawings, technical reports, engineering documents, and construction details. It is Contractor’s understanding that these costs will not be paid from administrative costs provided to Contractor under this Agreement and are qualifying costs eligible to be paid from Planada 20M funds. Contractor will provide hourly rates for any architect, engineer, or draftsman utilized for the above purposes. Contractor will, as required, determine whether costs exceed “substantial improvement,” (SI) or “substantial damage” (SD) thresholds as defined for structures within a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) for purposes of compliance with National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and Merced County Code. If repair or reconstruction costs will exceed SI or SD thresholds, Contractor will coordinate with County staff in the Community and Economic Development Department to determine best approach for repair and/or replacement of the structure.

Prepare of reports, drawings, exhibits and applications for submittal and obtaining permits from Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Indiana Dept. of Natural Resources, County Soil and Water Conservation District, County Drainage and Highway, Army Corps of Engineers, Indiana Department of Homeland Security, Local Building Department, and others as applicable for this Project.
Permitting Assistance. The County has just submitted a JTD for BVL to both the and RWQCB. The JTD provides a comprehensivedescription of the current status of BVL and provides the information required to update the Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP) and Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for the site. The extent and nature of comments fiom the regulatory agencies on the JTD are currently unknown. However, GeoSyntec has allocated funds to assist the County in addressing the comments.
