Permitting Assistance. Customer will cooperate with Seller’s reasonable requests to assist Seller in the process of obtaining required agreements, permits, and approvals. The Parties anticipate that such cooperation may include the execution and submission of applications to the applicable permitting authority and/or the Utility.

Any changes to drawings or specifications because of this review will be issued as part of the Final Design submittal. ▪ The Final Design submittal will be transmitted to the City Building Services Department following CZC approval. ▪ Final Design submittal comments will be resolved by Consultant to the satisfaction of the City Building Services Department. Any changes to drawings or specifications because of this review will be issued as part of the Bid Document submittal.
Permitting Assistance. The CONSULTANT shall prepare permit applications for the NPU’s signature along with all data and drawing submittals by the agencies requiring permit submittals. The NPU shall pay all required permit application fees. Since all work is to be conducted in the NPU rights of way, no wetlands or special environmental concerns are anticipated. Permitting Assistance. If repairs necessitate obtaining a building permit, as required by the Merced County Code, then Contractor will provide materials and labor necessary to obtain building permits. Materials include, but are not limited to: drawings, technical reports, engineering documents, and construction details. It is Contractor’s understanding that these costs will not be paid from administrative costs provided to Contractor under this Agreement and are qualifying costs eligible to be paid from Planada 20M funds. If repair or reconstruction costs will exceed SI or SD thresholds, Contractor will coordinate with County staff in the Community and Economic Development Department to determine best approach for repair and/or replacement of the structure.
