Project and Design Management. Provide management, direction, coordination, and control of all work associated with Project schedule, budget, subconsultants, technical quality, and monthly progress reports and invoices for the Project. • This task includes the following activities: o Update the Project Management Plan and Quality Plan for Final Design activities (internal use only). o Update the Health and Safety plan for Final Design activities (internal use only).

(8 months x 12 hours/month = 96 hours) • Establish and follow a project quality assurance/quality control plan. (8 months x 1 hour/month = 8 hours) • Prepare and submit a monthly invoice with backup documentation. (8 months x 4 hours/month = 32 hours) • Minimum monthly project calls for team coordination. (8 months x 2 hours/month = 16 hours)
