Community and Economic Development Department definition

Community and Economic Development Department means the Community and Economic Development Department of West Valley City.
Community and Economic Development Department means the Community and Economic Development Department staff, which shall include the Planning, Engineering, Public Works, and Building Division as responsible for reviewing applications for small wireless administrative permit applications and vested with the authority to approve, conditionally approve, or deny such applications as provided in this Policy and Procedure.

  • Health Department means the department of environmental quality, a city health department, a county health department, or a district health department, whichever has jurisdiction.

  • Planning Department means the Planning Department of the City and County of San Francisco.

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.
