Class IV. Orthodontic Services—to include treatment for tooth guided appliances or treatment to control harmful habits, cephalometric film and diagnostic photos. The total payable for all expenses incurred for Orthodontic Services for a dependent under 19 shall not exceed a lifetime limit of $800.

Commercial or for-profit organizations Any individual, group, or organization presumptively classified as Class II may submit a request for uncompensated use of school facilities, which shall include an explanation of why uncompensated use should be permitted. The Superintendent is authorized to make the final decision on such request.
Class IV. An activity where no admission is charged of any profit organization or group comprised of a majority of district residents.
