Pay Deduction. Whenever a pay deduction is made for a teacher’s absence, the annual salary divided by the teacher’s duty days shall be deducted for each day’s absence.
Pay Deduction. Whenever a pay deduction is made for unpaid leave, the annual salary divided by the number of teacher duty days shall be deducted for each day of unpaid leave.
Pay Deduction. Unpaid leave shall be deducted at the rate of 1/187 of the teacher’s individual contract salary for each day of such leave.
Pay Deduction. In the event that a School Nutrition employee is absent without leave and a pay deduction is to be made for such absence, the amount of the deduction shall be one (1) hour's pay for each hour's absence. Deductions for absences of less than a full day shall be prorated accordingly.
Pay Deduction. Whenever a pay deduction is made for a Director’s absence, the annual salary divided by 235 shall be deducted for each day’s absence.

Pay Deduction. Whenever pay deduction is made for a principal's absence, the annual salary divided by the number of principal duty days shall be deducted for each day's absence.
Pay Deduction. A. The union will protect and save harmless the City from any and all claims, demands, suits, and other forms of liability under Article IV of this Agreement excepting any error or neglect involving the improper deduction of, or failure to deduct, Union dues, fees and assessments in accordance with this Agreement; claims regarding any such errors or neglect shall be resolved through the Grievance Procedure.
Pay Deduction. Whenever pay deduction is made for a teacher’s absence, the annual 16 salary (inclusive of all district payments and benefit contributions) divided by the number of teacher duty days 17 shall be deducted for each day’s absence. 18 Section 5. Payroll: Base salary checks may be paid in 18 or 24 equal installments, pay day being 19 the 15th and the last day of the month or the nearest business day with the exception that the last day of work 20 before winter break shall be pay day. Teachers must select 18 or 24 installments for the duration of the 21 individual contract year before the first working day of the new year. If the teacher fails to elect before this 22 time it will default to 24 installments and cannot be changed for that contract year. Teachers electing 18 23 installments will receive their last check on the last workday of May.
Pay Deduction. Whenever pay deduction is made for a teacher’s absence, the deduction will be based on the teacher’s pro-rated hourly rate.
