Member Nonrecourse Deductions Sample Clauses

Member Nonrecourse Deductions. Any Member Nonrecourse Deductions for any Allocation Year shall be specially allocated to the Member who bears the economic risk of loss with respect to the Member Nonrecourse Debt to which such Member Nonrecourse Deductions are attributable in accordance with Regulations Section 1.704-2(i)(1).
Member Nonrecourse Deductions. Member Nonrecourse Deductions for any taxable period shall be allocated 100% to the Member that bears the Economic Risk of Loss with respect to the Member Nonrecourse Debt to which such Member Nonrecourse Deductions are attributable in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-2(i). If more than one Member bears the Economic Risk of Loss with respect to a Member Nonrecourse Debt, such Member Nonrecourse Deductions attributable thereto shall be allocated between or among such Members in accordance with the ratios in which they share such Economic Risk of Loss.
Member Nonrecourse Deductions. Member Nonrecourse Deductions for any Fiscal Year of the Company shall be allocated to the Members in the same proportion as Profits are allocated under Section 2.1.1, provided that any Member Nonrecourse Deductions for any Fiscal Year or other period shall be allocated to the Member who bears (or is deemed to bear) the economic risk of loss with respect to the Member Nonrecourse Debt to which such Member Nonrecourse Deductions are attributable in accordance with Treasury Regulation section 1.704-2(i)(2).
Member Nonrecourse Deductions. Those items of Company loss, deduction or Code Section 705(a)(2)(B) expenditures which are attributable to Member Nonrecourse Debt shall be specially allocated to the Member who bears the economic risk of loss with respect to the Member Nonrecourse Debt according to Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(i).
Member Nonrecourse Deductions. Notwithstanding Section 8.3.2, those items of Company loss, deduction, or Code Section 705(a)(2)(B) expenditures which are attributable to Member nonrecourse debt for any fiscal year or other period shall be specially allocated to the Member who bears the economic risk of loss with respect to the Member nonrecourse debt to which such items are attributable in accordance with Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(i).
Member Nonrecourse Deductions. Member Nonrecourse Deductions for any fiscal year shall be allocated to the Member who bears the economic risk of loss as set forth in Treasury Regulations Section 1.752-2 with respect to the Member Nonrecourse Debt. If more than one Member bears the economic risk of loss for a Member Nonrecourse Debt, any Member Nonrecourse Deductions attributable to that Member Nonrecourse Debt shall be allocated among the Members according to the ratio in which they bear the economic risk of loss.
Member Nonrecourse Deductions. The Member Nonrecourse Deductions shall be allocated each year to the Member that bears the economic risk of loss (within the meaning of Regulations Section 1.752-2) for the Member Nonrecourse Debt to which such Member Nonrecourse Deductions are attributable.

Member Nonrecourse Deductions. Member Nonrecourse Deductions for any taxable period shall be allocated to the Member who bears the economic risk of loss with respect to the liability to which such Member Nonrecourse Deductions are attributable in accordance with Regulation section 1.704-2(j).
Member Nonrecourse Deductions. Member Nonrecourse Deductions shall be allocated among the Members who bear the Economic Risk of Loss for the Member Nonrecourse Debt to which such Member Nonrecourse Deductions are attributable in the ratio in which they share Economic Risk of Loss for such Member Nonrecourse Debt. This provision is to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the requirements of Regulations Section 1.704-2(b)(4) and (i)(1).
