Packing and Transportation. 6.1 Unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order, terms of delivery are DAP (Incoterms in its last version) to the “ship to “ facility referenced in the Purchase Order.
Packing and Transportation. The items should be transported in proper seaworthy packing and proper slings and lifting points for easy handling has to be provided. The details provided with the site logistics and infrastructure facilities in SECTION 5 should be considered thoroughly. For loading, unloading, transportation to and within the island and all other related activities for these items. To provide the ease of transportation and also to avoid complexities in the installation, all the critical items should be skid mounted. Hooks for connecting the slings shall be provided for the items. Project Schedule: A detailed project schedule that ensures the realization of the entire project within the stipulated time needs to be submitted along with the bid. At the time of signing the contract, the approved project schedule forms a part of the contract, based on which any subsequent LD shall be levied on any significant deviation from such mutually agreed schedule, depending on the circumstances of each such deviation.

Packing and Transportation. Version A The transport of the loan(s) to and from the final destination is to proceed at the cost and liability of the Borrower. The choice of transport agent must be agreed between the Lender and the Borrower. The works must be packed with appropriate materials designed to give maximum protection to the object(s) and repacked in the same or similar materials as received unless otherwise authorized by the Lender. Version B The transport of the loan(s) to and from the final destination is to proceed at the cost and liability of the Borrower. Any transport company used must have experience in the transportation of delicate and valuable objects with employees trained in the handling of such material. The works must be packed with appropriate materials designed to give maximum protection to the object(s) and repacked in the same way. The removal, packing, unpacking and transports must be supervised by qualified art handlers in cooperation with members of the Lender’s and/or Borrower’s staff. Vehicles should provide appropriate protection against vibration and shock and extremes in relative humidity and temperature conditions, double drivers and suitable protection from theft. At no time must the truck be left unattended. For the return transport the works must be repacked in the same or similar materials as received unless otherwise authorized by the Lender.
Packing and Transportation. 4.5 In the event that BUYER requests an increased supply of the DN Product, BUYER and DNE shall determine any price adjustment that may be warranted given the scope and size of the proposed increased purchase of the DN Products. BUYER and DNE agree to negotiate in good faith any price adjustment.
Packing and Transportation. The loan(s) shall be transported to and from the final destination by a transport agent specialized in fine art with appropriate vehicles at its disposal. Exceptions to these provisions must be authorized by the Lender and agreed in writing under e) Special Agreements. The same packing and crating materials must be used for the return transport, unless the Lender authorizes the use of other materials.
Packing and Transportation. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, all charges for packing, crating, hauling, storage and transportation to point of delivery are included in the purchase price. All shipments must be accompanied by packing slips containing a description of the Material and our purchase contract number. If transportation to the point of delivery is not included in the purchase price, you must route the shipment in such a manner as to insure the lowest applicable freight rate on the Material shipped to the destination shown. If you select a means of transportation other than that described by us in the Contract, any extra costs incurred by reason thereof shall be borne by you. Risk of loss of the Material shall remain with you until the Material has been received and accepted at the F.O.B. point or other destination specified in the Contract.
Packing and Transportation. Packing and transportation shall be by safe methods approved by University. All packing for shipment will be done by experienced personnel accustomed to working with fine art objects and paid for by Borrower. Experienced personnel under competent supervision must do unpacking and repackaging. Repackaging must be done with the same or similar materials and boxes and by the same method as the objects were received. Any additional written instructions by University will be followed.
Packing and Transportation. The Goods shall be packed by Contractor for transportation and storage in accordance with internationally recognised good practices and standards applicable to goods of the type to be supplied under this MSA and in accordance with any special requirements as set out in this MSA, so as to reach the point of use undamaged and in good condition and, to the extent not immediately used, shall ensure that the Goods are preserved in good condition until: (i) the Goods are permanently removed from packaging at the point of use; or (ii) the expiry of the Warranty Period, whichever is the earlier. Unless otherwise stated in this MSA, all costs in connection with packing and transportation, including packaging, protection and the provision of appropriate transportation and/or storage containers and fastenings shall be included in the rates and prices as set out in this MSA. All handling and storage instructions shall be clearly displayed on the outside of all packaging and containers. Marking of the Goods shall be in accordance with the terms of the relevant Call-Off Order. Contractor shall send with each consignment of the Goods (and at the same time provide Company Representative with a copy of the same): (i) a packing note (together with a copy of material test certificate(s) where applicable) detailing the number of this MSA, description, code number (if any) and the quantity of Goods consigned; (ii) an advice note including the details set out in Clause (c)(i); (iii) additional documentation as detailed in this MSA or any Amendment or Variation; (iv) Contractor’s clear and full instructions with regard to the safe handling and storage of the Goods; (v) all customs documentation required for the Goods; and (vi) all documentation necessary to prove the Goods supplied have been inspected and tested and are properly completed and therefore in accordance with the provisions of this MSA.
