Means of Transportation. Seller has the full responsibility for the entire transportation process and its associated risks. In particular, Seller shall check the discharge terminal restrictions directly with terminal operator.

Means of Transportation. Vehicles shall be moved in the Equipment described more fully in Section 5 hereof, and shall be transported in an efficient manner, without damage to the Vehicles. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in Appendix A, Carrier shall load the Vehicles tendered to it into the Equipment at the Origin Point. Carrier shall transport the Vehicles to the designated Destination Point by motor vehicle carrier. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in Appendix A, Carrier shall unload the Vehicles at the applicable Destination Point.

Means of Transportation. (i) In gen- eral. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b)(2)(ii) of this section, property used as a means of transpor- tation includes trucks, buses, trains, boats, airplanes, motorcycles, and any other vehicles for transporting persons or goods.
