Work will only take place in the day time unless light towers are installed to provide workers with adequate visibility. Wash out areas will be provided to concrete trucks and pump trucks in areas that will not affect traffic. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will manage trash dumpsters on the project.

Site Logistics. 1. Main gates and secondary gates for entering and exiting the site will be in accordance with the approved CDOT construction logistics plan. Owner will work with CDOT to use best efforts to identify a system where primary loading and access will be off of Lincoln Avenue for Subareas A1, A2, B, C, D, E and G.

This will include the overall site development engineering, the rail siding engineering, paving design, and location of all buildings on the site. The Xxx Xxxxxxx Company will do the final engineering for the wastewater system as an allowance. Materials will move in and out of this site by truck and rail. Rail un-loading will occur at one spot and rail loading will occur at one spot. Truck loading will occur at one spot and truck unloading will occur at two spots with a separate unloading spot for chemicals in a remote location. Methanol will be unloaded by rail on the rail-unloading spur at a single spot, or by truck at a remote location with self-pumping capabilities. Methanol will be pumped from these areas to the methanol tank farm. Process chemicals (acids, bases) will be unloaded from trucks immediately adjacent to the chemical storage area located in tank farm #2. Animal fat and other vegetables will be stored in large diameter storage tanks prior to being fed to the process and converted to Biodiesel. Several of the tanks will require heating, which will be done by steam coils inside the tank.

Contractor is responsible for all equipment delivered to site from Developer in addition to Contractor’s own materials, including but not limited to handling, receiving, unpacking equipment, etc. To receive delivery Modules, Inverters and Racking, Contractor will have a forklift onsite for a total of 3 days on days agreed upon by the Developer.

Site Logistics. The CM will develop a plan for site logistics, including plans for ingress and egress, street right-of-way encroachments (including lane and sidewalk closures), signage, storage of materials and equipment, site offices, temporary utilities, staging, hoists and cranes, waste disposal, security, and any other logistical issues that could affect performance of the Work to be provided by the CM.

Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.
