Owner’s Right to Inspect. Owner, its representatives, employees, agents, Affiliates and Mortgagees shall have access to the Hotel at any and all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, exercising any of its rights under this Agreement or showing the Hotel to prospective purchasers, tenants or Mortgagees and at any time in case of an emergency.

Owner’s Right to Inspect. Owner, its agents, Affiliates and Mortgagees shall have access to the Inn at any and all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or showing the Inn to prospective purchasers, tenants or Mortgagees.

Owner may report to Contractor any unsafe or improper conditions or practices observed at the Site for action by Contractor in correction or enforcement.

Owner, the Owner Representative and/or any existing or prospective lender or their respective accountants, attorneys and agents shall not, however, unreasonably interfere with Manager’s exercise of its rights and duties hereunder or otherwise displace or unreasonably interfere with the rights of tenants or guests of the Property. Manager shall make available to Owner, the Owner Representative and/or any equity holders of Owner that are not Affiliates of Manager in a useable manner and format, upon Owner’s request, the Owned IP, the Technology Systems, the Customer Database, and the other books, records, contracts, licenses, permits and any other information or data pertaining to the Property reasonably requested by Owner (other than information not otherwise owned by Owner or its Affiliates that is subject to a conflicting obligation of confidentiality to a third party, attorney client privilege or is otherwise proprietary in favor of a third party) at any and all times during the regular business hours of Manager.

Owner’s Right to Inspect. The Center, through its employees or agents, shall have the right to enter the Parking Area at all reasonable times during the Term of this Agreement for the purpose of inspecting the same and making such repairs as The Center may deem desirable, upon providing Tenant with reasonable advance notice, whenever practicable.
Owner’s Right to Inspect. Subject to providing five (5) Business Daysnotice to Contractor, Owner and Owner’s Authorized Representatives shall have the right to inspect the Work and to maintain personnel at the Project Site for such purpose, subject in all cases to Contractor’s reasonable safety precautions. Such inspection of any part of the Work shall be conducted during normal operating hours at the Project Site and shall in no way relieve Contractor of its obligation to perform the Work in accordance with this Agreement. Neither Owner nor Owner’s Authorized Representative shall interfere with the execution of the Work in any material way during any inspection of the Project Site.
