Owner’s Right to Inspect. As an additional condition precedent to payment under this Article 10, and including payment for Substantial Completion and on Final Completion, Owner may inspect Design/Builder’s books and records which support and confirm all of the items set forth in the schedule of values and all other items described in any request for Payment by Design/Builder.
