Examples of Request for Payment in a sentence

  • Contractor shall only include Direct Costs in a Request for Payment in accordance with the rates and other provisions set forth in Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit C.

  • Contractor shall not include any Non-Reimbursable Costs in a Request for Payment or otherwise seek reimbursement from Owner of any Non-Reimbursable Costs.
