Request for Payment definition

Request for Payment means a payment application or declaration of expenditure submitted by the Member State to the Commission;

Request for Payment means the request for payment issued by the Contractor in accordance with Clause 5.26.2.2 [Contractor’s Application for Payment].

Request for Payment means a request for payment from Contractor in the form of Attachment A hereto.
