Customer Database definition

Customer Database means all customer databases, customer lists, historical records of customers and any other information collected by Sellers with respect to customers of the Casino, including any information used in connection with marketing and promoting the Casino.
Customer Database means an End-User Customer’s electronic compilation of records, database or mailing list, which existed prior to any Database Cleansing being carried out pursuant to this Licence Agreement in respect of the same;
Customer Database has the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(a) hereof.

More Definitions of Customer Database

Customer Database means all customer lists, customer databases and historical records with respect to the customers of Seller Parent’s and its Subsidiaries’ casino hotel properties collected or maintained by or on behalf of Seller Parent or its Subsidiaries.
Customer Database means all Transferred Customer databases, Transferred Customer lists, and historical records of Transferred Customers of the Business, including, as applicable and to the extent available to Sellers or the Acquired Subsidiaries in Ordinary Course of Business, the current address, service address, customer contact history, service history, payment history, information relating to services purchased and billing information.
