Common use of Owner’s Right to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Right to Inspect. Owner, its representatives, employees, agents, Affiliates and Mortgagees shall have access to the Hotel at any and all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, exercising any of its rights under this Agreement or showing the Hotel to prospective purchasers, tenants or Mortgagees and at any time in case of an emergency.

Owner’s Right to Inspect. Owner, Owner or its representatives, employees, agents, Affiliates and Mortgagees agent shall have access to the Hotel at any and all reasonable times for the purpose of protecting the same against fire or other casualty, prevention of damage to the Hotel, inspection, exercising any of its rights under this Agreement making repairs, or showing the Hotel to prospective purchasers, tenants or Mortgagees and mortgagees. Owner shall provide at any time least 24 hours’ notice to Management Company prior to exercising its rights under this Section 11.02, except in case the event of an emergency.
