INSPECTION BY OWNER. The Owner or its authorized representative may inspect the Vessel at any time during the currency of this Charter upon reasonable notice to the Charterer and provided such inspection does not delay the Vessel's employment.
INSPECTION BY OWNER. Owner, or its employees or agents, shall have the right, at all reasonable times, at the expense of Owner, to inspect or cause to be inspected, the (a) fabrication, construction, installation and testing activities and (b) equipment and materials to be used in the engineering, procurement and construction of the Initial Sunrise Facilities or any Additional Facilities; provided that such inspection shall not interfere with the engineering, procurement and construction of the Initial Sunrise Facilities or any Additional Facilities, and Owner, its employees or agents inspecting the work shall abide by any and all safety rules and procedures applicable to the Initial Sunrise Facilities or any Additional Facilities.
INSPECTION BY OWNER. 3.1 Inspection of Property Owner, or its authorized agents or representatives, shall be permitted to enter upon the Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, but shall enter upon the Property at its own risk and so as not to hinder unreasonably the operations of Lessee. Owner shall indemnify and hold Lessee harmless from any damage, claim, or demand by reason of injury to Owner or its agents or representatives on the Property or the approaches thereto.
INSPECTION BY OWNER. AABS shall provide Owner, Contractor, and their assignees (the “Inspecting Parties”) the opportunity to inspect the Work (the “Inspection”) at the Plant of Manufacture. The Inspecting Parties must provide AABS with written notice (the “Inspection Notice”) of their desire to inspect the Work at least two (2) days prior to such Inspection. Subject to the terms contained herein, once AABS receives the Inspection Notice, AABS shall schedule the Inspection and notify the Inspecting Parties of the scheduled time and date of the Inspection. If AABS, in its sole discretion, is not able to schedule the Inspection for the time and date requested by the Inspecting Parties in the Inspection Notice, AABS shall provide the Inspecting Parties with alternate Inspection times and/or dates. The Inspecting Parties shall choose one of the alternate times and/or dates and notify AABS of their choice. AABS shall then schedule the Inspection on the chosen time and/or date.
INSPECTION BY OWNER. The owner may provide for inspection, at any time, of any part of the contractor’s work, and of any of the materials, supplies, or equipment that the contractor may have on hand or in the building. The contractor shall provide adequate cooperation with any inspector assigned by the owner to permit him to determine the contractor’s conformity with these specifications and the adequacy of the work being performed.
INSPECTION BY OWNER. The Owner shall have the right to enter and inspect the Leased Premises at his request and upon advance notice to the Xxxxxxx.
INSPECTION BY OWNER. The Manager shall accord to the Owner and it's duly authorized agents the right to enter upon any part of the Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of examining or inspecting the Property, it's records or its operation or for any other purpose which Owner, in it's discretion, shall deem advisable.
INSPECTION BY OWNER. 13. During the Rental Period, Songwood shall be permitted unrestricted access the Rental Location to inspect the Equipment.
INSPECTION BY OWNER. Neither this Agreement nor anything contained herein shall be deemed to limit Owner's right to enter upon or inspect the Center or to perform any repair or maintenance or to do or perform any matter or thing required of Manager or Service Provider hereunder in the event of Manager's or Service Provider's failure to do so, and, without limitation of Owner's other rights as owner of the Center, Owner shall have the right to do any or all of the foregoing in the event of such failure.
INSPECTION BY OWNER. Neither this Agreement nor anything contained herein shall be deemed to limit Owner's right to enter upon or inspect the Facility or to perform any repair or maintenance or to do or perform any matter or thing required of Manager hereunder in the event of Manager's failure to do so, and, without limitation on its other rights as the owner of the Facility, Owner shall have the right to do any or all of the foregoing. Manager acknowledges and agrees that: (i) any inspections made by Owner shall be made for the sole benefit of Owner and not for the benefit of Manager or any third party; and (ii) such inspections shall not constitute a waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement or any of the obligations of Manager hereunder.
