Inspection of the Project. The Company agrees that the Issuer and its duly authorized agents may at reasonable times enter upon the Project site and examine and inspect the Project and the books and records of the Company with respect to the Project.
Inspection of the Project. The Company agrees that the Authorized Board Representative and any duly authorized agent of the Trustee shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon, examine and inspect the Project without interference or prejudice to the operations of the Company. The Company further agrees that any authorized agent of the Board or the Trustee shall have such rights of access to the Project as may be reasonable and necessary for the proper maintenance of the Project in the event of the failure by the Company to perform its obligations under Section 6.1.
Inspection of the Project. If the Borrower fails or refuses to permit a representative of Lender to enter the Project and inspect the same at reasonable times.
Inspection of the Project. The State Library shall have the right to inspect the project during the grant term. Grantee shall deliver to the State Library any inspection reports prepared, to the extent available to the Grantee. Inspection of the project shall be for the sole purpose of protecting the State of California’s interest and is not to be construed as a representation by the State Library that there has been compliance with plans or that the project will be free of faulty materials or workmanship. The Grantee can make or cause to be made such other independent inspections as the Grantee may desire for its own protection.
Inspection of the Project. During the Lease Term, the Lessee agrees that upon receipt by the Lessee of at least two days' prior written notice from the Issuer, the Issuer and its duly authorized agents who are reasonably acceptable to the Lessee shall have the right at all reasonable times during business hours, subject to the Lessee's usual safety and security requirements, to enter upon the Land and to examine and inspect the Project without interference or prejudice to the Lessee's operations.
Inspection of the Project. The Lessee agrees that the Lessor or any of its duly authorized agents shall have the right at all reasonable times and upon reasonable advance notice to enter upon the Project and to examine and inspect the Project. The Lessee further agrees that the Lessor and its duly authorized agents shall have such rights of access to the Project as may be reasonably necessary to enforce the rights of the Lessor contained in this Agreement and for the proper maintenance of the Project in the event of failure by the Lessee to perform its obligations under Section 5.01 hereof.
Inspection of the Project. City agrees that Issuer and its duly authorized agents shall have the right at all reasonable times during business hours of City to enter upon the Project and to examine and inspect the Project. City further agrees that Issuer and its duly authorized agents shall have such rights of access to the Project as may be reasonably necessary for the proper maintenance of the Project in the event of failure by City to perform its obligations under Section 5.5 hereof. Issuer and its duly authorized agents shall also be permitted, at all reasonable times during business hours of City, to examine the books, records, reports and other papers of City with respect to the Project.
Inspection of the Project. The Company agrees, subject to reasonable security and safety requirements as to notice, to use its best efforts so that the Issuer, the Trustee and their or either of their duly authorized agents may at all reasonable business hours enter, examine and inspect, the Project. The Issuer and the Trustee shall also be permitted, at all reasonable times, to examine the books and records of the Company with respect to the Notes and the Project.
Inspection of the Project. The Owner agrees that the City and its duly authorized agents shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon the site where the Project is located, and examine and inspect the Project.
Inspection of the Project. City shall have the right to inspect the Property during construction and agrees to deliver to the Borrower copies of any inspection reports. Borrower shall deliver to City any inspection reports prepared on behalf of the Construction Lender, to the extent available to Borrower. Inspection of the Property shall be for the sole purpose of protecting the City’s security and is not to be construed as a representation by City that there has been compliance with plans or that the Property will be free of faulty materials or workmanship. The Borrower may make or cause to be made such other independent inspections as the Borrower may desire for its own protection.
