Overtime Offers. The Department will offer Scheduled Overtime on a voluntary basis to employees with the least amount of overtime worked in accordance with the following provisions:
Overtime Offers. Employees will only be liable for two (2) overtime work credits per Shift. This Section shall not apply to employees above the rank of Lieutenant.

In the event that an employee is ordered to work or performs court service he/she will be paid at a rate of one and one half.
