Overtime on a Saturday will be paid at time and a half for the first 3 hours, double time thereafter. All overtime worked on a Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double time, and overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for with a minimum payment as for 2 hours' work.
Overtime on a Saturday will be paid for in accordance with clause 55 (Additional Hours and Overtime).

Overtime on a normal working day will normally only be allowed outside the bandwidth (except for employees who work on a shift roster or fixed daily hours basis) where an employee is required by their Manager to continue work after they have completed nine hours of work on that same day (excluding meal breaks). In exceptional circumstances (for example in priority or emergency situations) where the Manager assesses that overtime is appropriate, overtime may be approved by the Delegate within the flextime bandwidth for the period worked beyond seven hours and 30 minutes.

Overtime on a Saturday will be at the rate of time and one half (150%) ordinary time rates for the first three hours and double ordinary (200%) time rates thereafter.

Overtime on. When an employee is required to work authorized overtime Holiday in excess of their regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday where premiums apply, they shall receive twice their regular straight time hourly rate.
