Other City Services. In addition to the services provided pursuant to Section 5.1 of the Operation Agreement, the City shall also provide the Board with the services set forth in this Section. The costs or budget estimates of services to be rendered under this Amendment are set forth in Attachment “B”. The costs and budget estimates may, if necessary, be revised each year.

Other City Services. The Contractor shall also provide other City services at a reduced rate compared to commercial services, as Proposed in the Cost Proposal Form. Other City services will include, but will not be limited to, the following: • Collection and disposal of solid waste (primarily sludge – estimated quantity of 41 metric tons per month) from the City’s waste water treatment plant; • Collection and disposal of solid waste from special events (list will be provided to awarded contractor, annually); and • Collection and processing of program recyclable materials from special events (list will be provided to Contractor, annually). • Collection and disposal of solid waste for Code Enforcement activities.
Other City Services. The City, at its sole discretion, shall provide other necessary services related to the Private Development, as requested by and at Owner’s expense.   • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population.
