Advanced Services definition

Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.

Advanced Services means intrastate or interstate wireline Telecommunications Services, such as ADSL, IDSL, xDSL, Frame Relay, Cell Relay and VPOP-Dial Access Service (an AT&T-13STATE Frame Relay-based service) that rely on packetized technology and have the capability of supporting transmissions speeds of at least 56 kilobits per second in both directions. Advanced Services. Means intrastate or interstate wireline Telecommunications Services (including, but not limited to, ADSL, IDSL, xDSL, Frame Relay and Cell Relay) that rely on packetized, Packet Switched or other technology that enable users to originate and receive high-quality voice, data, graphics and/or video Telecommunications using any technology. Advanced Services means the Services set forth in the AS Service Description(s) found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/go/servicedescriptions and/or SOW(s) selected by the Customer. Advanced Services does not include Cisco’s core maintenance services, such as Smartnet or Software Application Services, nor does it apply to the purchase, support or maintenance of any Products. AS Service Descriptions mean the description of the Advanced Services available from Cisco, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/go/servicedescriptions and which are incorporated in this Agreement by reference. Xxxxx.xxx (xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx) is the Cisco Website for its suite of online services and information.

Advanced Services means the proactive-type Cisco commercial Brand Services listed in Attachment 1 to this Exhibit, including but not limited to Focused Technical Support, Network Optimization Support, Technology Application Support and Total Implementation Services, which are available for resell to End User only if the End User has Technical Support Services across the same devices at the End User location.
