Advanced Services definition

Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.
Advanced Services. Means intrastate or interstate wireline Telecommunications Services (including, but not limited to, ADSL, IDSL, xDSL, Frame Relay and Cell Relay) that rely on packetized, Packet Switched or other technology that enable users to originate and receive high-quality voice, data, graphics and/or video Telecommunications using any technology. Affiliate: Shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C. §153.
Advanced Services means intrastate or interstate wireline Telecommunications Services, such as ADSL, IDSL, xDSL, Frame Relay, Cell Relay and VPOP-Dial Access Service (an SBC- 13STATE Frame Relay-based service) that rely on packetized technology and have the capability of supporting transmissions speeds of at least 56 kilobits per second in both directions. Examples of Advanced Services in a sentence

  • Nexus may provide the Advanced Services in respect of System that does not have an existing manufacturer’s warranty and support contract in place and charge an Additional Charge, in accordance with the Rate Card, if the parties have agreed to this in the Quote or Project Plan.

  • Nexus shall undertake the installation of minor infrastructure firmware updates on the System, for example an upgrade from version v4.5 to v4.6. Major updates (for example from version v4.5 to v5.0) fall outside the scope of the Advanced Services.

  • Public purpose programs include the following: California High Cost Fund (CHCF) – A & B, California Teleconnect Fund (CTF), California Advanced Services Fund (CASF), Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP) and California LifeLine.

  • These Advanced Services Terms are an Annex to the Managed Services Service-Specific Terms and form part of the Contract.

  • Unless explicitly provided otherwise, the terms used in these Advanced Services Terms have the same meanings as defined in the Agreement and Managed Services Service-Specific Terms.

Advanced Services Engineer means the Cisco engineer appointed to be the main point of contact for a Customer purchasing Advanced Services.

Advanced Services means the Cisco proactive brand Services including but not limited to Focused Technical Support, Network Optimization Support, Technology Application Support.

Affiliate means any corporation, firm, partnership or other entity that directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with Cisco or Customer. Application Software means non-resident or standalone Software Products listed on the Price List that include but are not limited to Cisco Systems® Network management Software, security Software, IP telephony Software, Internet appliance Software, Cisco® Intelligent Contact Management Software, IP Contact Center Software, and Cisco Customer Interaction Suite Software. AS Service Descriptions mean the description of the Advanced Services available from Cisco, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/go/servicedescriptions and which are incorporated in this Agreement by reference. Authorized Channel means a system integrator, distributor or reseller authorized by Cisco to sell Services. Business Days means the generally accepted days of operation per week within the relevant region where the Services shall be performed, excluding local holidays as observed by Cisco. Xxxxx.xxx (xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx) is the Cisco Website for its suite of online services and information.
Advanced Services means high speed services which enable users to originate and receive high quality voice and data services.
