Amendment of Sections 5. 02 and 6.07
Amendment of Sections 5. 02 and 6.07 of the Basic Agreement.
(a) Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Class A Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase “of this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (a) thereof with the phrase “of the Note Documents and of this Agreement”, (ii) replacing the phrase “under this Agreement” set forth in paragraph (b) thereof with the phrase “under this Agreement and any Note Document” and (iii) deleting the phrase “and an Opinion of Counsel of the Company” in paragraph (c) thereof.
(b) Section 6.07 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended and restated in its entirety with respect to the Class A Trust to read as follows:
