City Services Sample Clauses
City Services. If security services will be or are being required in connection with this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to use City of Bethlehem Police personnel exclusively for all security, crowd control, traffic control and related duties during the event, immediately before the Event and immediately after the Event. Except for services expressly agreed to under this Agreement, City shall not be obligated to provide any services to Permittee incident to Permittee’s use of the Premises.
City Services. The City agrees to:
3.1 Make available to ABC any currently existing documents, data or information required for the performance of the Services.
3.2 Designate a representative authorized to act on behalf of City.
3.3 Promptly examine and render findings on all documents submitted for staff review by ABC.
City Services. City services, including, but not limited to, police, fire, sanitation, recreational parks, and other governmental services shall be supplied to the Property in the same manner and to the same extent as provided to other properties within the City, subject to the limitations (if any) of Section 10 above. Subject to the limitations of Section 10 above (if any), should the Owner require enhanced services beyond that which is routinely provided within the City, then the City agrees that upon the written request of Owner, it shall negotiate in good faith with the Owner to provide such enhanced services to the Property. Any enhanced services shall be at the sole cost of the Owner and/or Developer.
City Services. The BCSO shall provide the following services within the City which consist of law enforcement and other related services provided by personnel assigned primarily for the benefit of the geographic areas within the boundaries of the City:
a. Reactive patrol to enforce state law and City-adopted municipal ordinances and traffic codes and to respond to residents’ and business complaints and calls for service;
b. Proactive patrol to prevent and deter criminal activity;
c. Traffic patrol to enforce applicable traffic codes;
d. Investigation of crimes, infractions, and misdemeanors;
e. Crime prevention, community policing, and involvement of BCSO law enforcement personnel in community events;
f. Citation of violations of municipal ordinances pursuant to the police authority under Section 1.9(a) of this Agreement;
g. Prosecution services for misdemeanor, infraction, and city ordinance violations originating within the City are expressly excluded from this agreement;
City Services. No City services, other than services related to planning and zoning (including environmental quality), enforcement of planning and zoning regulations (including environmental regulations), retail water, Reclaimed Water, and wastewater services, solid waste services, and any other services that the City may agree to provide under separate contract with the District or the Developer will be provided to any area within the District boundaries prior to the City’s annexation of such land for full purposes.

City Services. The City, through this Agreement shall provide the following services to the Port:
City Services. It shall be City’s responsibility, at City’s sole cost and expense and without reimbursement from Manager, to repair and replace, as necessary: (a) foundations and exterior roofs of the Center, (b) the stormwater management facilities serving the Center; and (c) electric, gas, water, and sewer facilities, as applicable, up to the edge of a utility easement or meter with Manager responsible from that point up to, and into, the Center. Except in an emergency, City shall use reasonable efforts to perform any repairs or replacements during the non-business hours of the Manager and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operation of the Manager’s business. Manager may, but shall not be obligated to, perform any of such repairs or replacements which are of an emergency nature or which are not completed by City within a reasonable time after notification by Manager of the necessity therefor. In the event Manager performs any of such repairs or replacements, Manager shall be entitled to be reimbursed by City for the reasonable cost thereof, upon providing to City bills for the cost of any such repairs.
City Services. The City and the Contractor shall mutually decide on a location for collection of Municipal Solid Waste, Bulk Waste, and Recyclable Material from City Facilities and the location for collection of Municipal Solid Waste and Recyclable Material from City Events. The City reserves the right to designate the location for collection of Municipal Solid Waste, Bulk Waste, and Recyclable Material generated by City Facilities and the location for collection of Solid Waste and Recyclable Material for City Events if the City and the Contractor cannot agree on an acceptable location.
