The committee will commence no later than thirty (30) days after the ratification of the contract and report their findings to the successor negotiation teams. This clause is included in the Agreement because it is legally required by State Law. The parties did not agree to this provision. By signing the agreement, the Association does not agree or acknowledge that this provision is binding either on the Association or on the Board. The Association reserves all rights to assert that this clause is unenforceable.   • MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY If the Contractor’s prices decline, or should the Contractor at any time during the term of this Contract provide the same goods or services under similar quantity and delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality, or district of the State at prices below those set forth in this Contract, then such lower prices shall be immediately extended to the County.

  • POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.
