MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY. If the Contractor’s prices decline, or should the Contractor at any time during the term of this Contract provide the same goods or services under similar quantity and delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality, or district of the State at prices below those set forth in this Contract, then such lower prices shall be immediately extended to the County.
MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY. If the CONTRACTOR’S prices decline, or should the CONTRACTOR at any time during the term of this Contract provide the same goods or services under similar quantity and delivery conditions to the State of California or any COUNTY, municipality, or district of the State at prices below those set forth in this Contract, then such lower prices shall be immediately extended to the COUNTY.

If Contractor’s prices decline, or should Contractor at any time during the term of this Master Agreement provide the same goods or Services under similar quantity and delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality, or district of the state at prices below those set forth in this Master Agreement, then such lower prices will be immediately extended to the County.
MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY. 8.27.1 If the Contractor’s prices decline, or should the Contractor at any time during the term of this Contract provide the same goods or services under similar quantity and delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality, or district of the State at prices below those set forth in this Contract, then such lower prices shall be immediately extended to the County.
MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY. 8.27.1 If Subrecipient's prices decline, or should Subrecipient at any time during the term of this Subaward provide the same goods or Services under similar quantity and delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality, or district of the State at prices below those set forth in this Subaward, then such lower prices shall be immediately extended to County.
MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY. If Contractor’s prices decline, or should Contractor, at any time during the term of this Agreement, provide similar software, service levels, software models, components, goods or services under similar delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality, or district of the State or to any other state, county or municipality at prices below those set forth in this Agreement, then such lower prices shall be immediately extended to County. County shall have the right, at County’s expense, to utilize a County auditor or an independent auditor to verify Contractor’s compliance with this Paragraph 50 by review of Contractor’s books and records.
MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY. Contractor must give the County its very best pricing. If the Contractor‟s prices decline, or should the Contractor at any time during the term of this Contract provide the same goods or services under similar quantity and delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality, or district of the State at prices below those set forth in this Contract, then such lower prices shall be immediately extended to the County.
MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY. If Contractor’s prices decline, or should Contractor at any time during the term of this Contract provide the same suite of goods within each individual Statement of Work under similar quantity, similar terms and conditions, and similar delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality, or district of the State at prices below those set forth in this Contract, then such lower prices shall be immediately extended to County. The suite of goods and services to which this Paragraph 8.26 applies are; (i) the entire suite of goods and services offered by Contractor under Exhibit A-1 (Statement of Work for Local Services); (ii) the entire suite of goods and services offered by Contractor under Exhibit A-2 (Statement of Work for Long Distance Services); and (iii) the entire suite of goods and services offered by Contractor under Exhibit A-3 (Statement of Work for Managed IP Services).
MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY. If Contractor’s prices decline, or should Contractor, at any time during the Term of this Contract, provide similar software, Service Levels, software models, components, goods or Services under similar delivery conditions to the State of California or any county, municipality or district of the State or to any other state, county or municipality at prices below those set forth in this Contract, then such lower prices must be immediately extended to the County. The County will have the right, at the County’s expense, to utilize a County auditor or an independent auditor to verify Contractor’s compliance with this Paragraph 86.0 (Most Favored Public Entity) by review of Contractor’s books and records.
MOST FAVORED PUBLIC ENTITY. Paragraph 40.0 (Most Favored Public entity) of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.
