Special Instructions. As used herein, the term "Special Instructions" shall mean Proper Instructions countersigned or confirmed in writing by the Treasurer or any Deputy or Assistant Treasurer of the applicable Fund or any other person designated by the Treasurer of such Fund in writing, which countersignature or confirmation shall be (i) included on the same instrument containing the Proper Instructions or on a separate instrument relating thereto, and (ii) delivered by hand, by facsimile transmission, or in such other manner as the applicable Fund and the Custodian agree in writing.
Special Instructions. As used herein, the term "Special Instructions" shall mean Proper Instructions countersigned or confirmed in writing by, in the case of the entities listed in Schedules A-1 or A-2 hereto, the Treasurer or any Assistant Treasurer of the Funds or any other person designated in writing by the Treasurer of the Funds, and in the case of each of the entities listed on Schedules A-3 or A-4, by the officer who is a signatory to this Agreement on behalf of such entity or any other person designated in writing by such officer or an officer of such entity of higher authority, which countersignature or written confirmation shall be (i) included on the same instrument containing the Proper Instructions or on a separate instrument relating thereto, and (ii) delivered by hand, by facsimile transmission, or in such other manner as the parties hereto may agree in writing.

Special Instructions. The Department shall not respond to questions submitted through any other format or medium (telephone calls, emails, letters, etc.). Questions submitted via the “Messages” tab within the MFMP Sourcing Tool shall be RECEIVED NO LATER THAN the time and date reflected on the Timeline of Events. Questions shall be officially answered via addenda as stated in the Timeline of Events. The Department shall not be bound by any verbal information or by any written information that is not contained within the solicitation documents or formally noticed and issued by the Department's contracting personnel.

Special Instructions. Occurrence from professional, liability insurance is highly preferred; however, in the event the consultant is only able to secure claims-made, professional-liability insurance, special conditions apply. Any Certificate of Insurance issued to the COUNTY must clearly indicate whether the coverage is on a claims-made basis. Should coverage be afforded on a claims-made basis, the DEVELOPER shall require the consultant to be obligated by virtue of this DA to maintain insurance in effect with no less limits of liability nor any more restrictive terms and/or conditions for a period of five (5) years from the date of this DA.
Special Instructions. 297 The Office of the Attorney General has not pre-approved any special conditions or additional terms added by any parties. Any special 298 conditions or additional terms in this Contract must comply with the Pennsylvania Plain Language Consumer Contract Act.
Special Instructions. You may request that we re-present returned Images of Checks to the drawee or process returned Images of Checks according to instructions provided by you to us (the “Special Instructions”). These Special Instructions may be given to us in a separate document in conjunction with or subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. We shall not be bound by such Special Instructions until such time as we have agreed in writing to accept the Special Instructions. Notwithstanding the fact that we have agreed to accept the Special Instructions, we may, in its sole discretion, disregard the Special Instructions and charge the returned Check back to your Account to which the Checks were deposited. In the event that you have requested that returned Images of Checks be re-presented, in no event will we re-present an Image of a Check or an ACH entry in excess of the limit established or permitted for the number of times that a Check or ACH entry may be re-presented by the Rules. You may change or amend the Special Instructions by providing us a written request to change or amend the Special Instructions. Changes or amendments to the Special Instructions shall not become effective until acknowledged and accepted in writing by us. We hereby agrees to pay us the fees for processing returned Checks and Special Instructions contained in our then current schedule of fees for such services.
Special Instructions. A. To preclude possible errors and/or misinterpretations, bid prices must be affixed LEGIBLY in ink, or typewritten. Corrections or changes must be signed or initialed by bidder prior to scheduled bid opening. Failure to do so will be just cause for rejection of bid. The Bid shall be stated in both numerals and written words. In case of discrepancies, the amount in written words shall govern.
