"A Single Outcome Agreement is the means by which Community Planning Partnerships agree their strategic priorities for their local area and express those priorities as outcomes to be delivered by the partners, either individually or jointly, while showing how these outcomes should contribute to the Scottish Government's relevant National Outcomes". As a result this SOA takes as its starting point these key strategic outcomes for Dundee.

Ongoing Development of the Single Outcome Agreement. The intention is that discussions with the Scottish Government and Community Planning Partners on this Single Outcome Agreement will form the start of the engagement and development process of the full Community Planning Partnership Single Outcome Agreement for 2009-10. Whilst the Council has only recently reviewed its challenges and priorities in determining the main thrust of ‘Connect’ the Council Plan, it aims to conduct two reviews – one based on the Council’s existing Economic Audit and a new one drawing together information on health, environment and social situations in South Lanarkshire. These will form the basis of a refreshed jointly agreed view of the situation and challenges facing South Lanarkshire, its people and its communities. This work will inform consideration of the current Community Plan and the focus of the partnership and delivery mechanisms. The structures will also be reviewed in the context of whether they are fit for purpose in respect of the new National and Local Outcomes focus. The Community Planning Partnership will use its existing community and partner engagement activities to ensure that this work provides opportunities for communities and individuals to inform this work and be informed by it. Community engagement events, incorporating regeneration events, will be held to consider what the local priorities should be and what improvements the local outcomes should focus on. The Council expects to use the mid-term review of the Council Plan in 2009 to put this in the new context of the Single Outcome Agreement and there is an expectation that similar efforts will be made, where appropriate, to ensure that the outcomes and priorities are reflected in partner plans and programmes. The outcome of this is likely to see: - ♦ the establishment of programme and project management arrangements linked to the effective delivery of the Single Outcome Agreement ; and ♦ possible changes to the governance arrangements of the Community Planning Partnership so it can accommodate the move towards a Community Planning Partnership Single Outcome Agreement. Figure 1, on page 9, outlines the structure of the Community Planning process in South Lanarkshire, the focus of the theme partnerships and the areas that they will consider in developing relevant outcomes for South Lanarkshire.   • Collaboration Agreement The Collaboration Agreement shall not have been terminated in accordance with its terms and shall be in full force and effect.

  • Development Agreement As soon as reasonably practicable following the ISO’s selection of a transmission Generator Deactivation Solution, the ISO shall tender to the Developer that proposed the selected transmission Generator Deactivation Solution a draft Development Agreement, with draft appendices completed by the ISO to the extent practicable, for review and completion by the Developer. The draft Development Agreement shall be in the form of the ISO’s Commission-approved Development Agreement for its reliability planning process, which is in Appendix C in Section 31.7 of Attachment Y of the ISO OATT, as amended by the ISO to reflect the Generator Deactivation Process. The ISO and the Developer shall finalize the Development Agreement and appendices as soon as reasonably practicable after the ISO’s tendering of the draft Development Agreement. For purposes of finalizing the Development Agreement, the ISO and Developer shall develop the description and dates for the milestones necessary to develop and construct the selected project by the required in-service date identified in the Generator Deactivation Assessment, including the milestones for obtaining all necessary authorizations. Any milestone that requires action by a Connecting Transmission Owner or Affected System Operator identified pursuant to Attachment P of the ISO OATT to complete must be included as an Advisory Milestone, as that term is defined in the Development Agreement. If the ISO or the Developer determines that negotiations are at an impasse, the ISO may file the Development Agreement in unexecuted form with the Commission on its own, or following the Developer’s request in writing that the agreement be filed unexecuted. If the Development Agreement is executed by both parties, the ISO shall file the agreement with the Commission for its acceptance within ten (10) Business Days after the execution of the Development Agreement by both parties. If the Developer requests that the Development Agreement be filed unexecuted, the ISO shall file the agreement at the Commission within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of the request from the Developer. The ISO will draft, to the extent practicable, the portions of the Development Agreement and appendices that are in dispute and will provide an explanation to the Commission of any matters as to which the parties disagree. The Developer will provide in a separate filing any comments that it has on the unexecuted agreement, including any alternative positions it may have with respect to the disputed provisions. Upon the ISO’s and the Developer’s execution of the Development Agreement or the ISO’s filing of an unexecuted Development Agreement with the Commission, the ISO and the Developer shall perform their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the Development Agreement that are not in dispute, subject to modification by the Commission. The Connecting Transmission Owner(s) and Affected System Operator(s) that are identified in Attachment P of the ISO OATT in connection with the selected transmission Generator Deactivation Solution shall act in good faith in timely performing their obligations that are required for the Developer to satisfy its obligations under the Development Agreement.

  • Cooperation Agreement At the Closing, PCC and Buyer shall, and PCC shall cause PCC Parent to, execute and deliver the Cooperation Agreement pursuant to which Buyer, PCC Parent and PCC shall provide each other certain information and other assistance in connection with the collection, administration and/or satisfaction of certain of the Retained Liabilities.

  • Commencement of Development 7.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within four (4) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Procurement of the Site 10.3.1 Pursuant to the notice specified in Clause 4.1.2, the Authority Representative and the Concessionaire shall, on a mutually agreed date and time, inspect the Site and prepare a memorandum containing an inventory of the Site including the vacant and unencumbered land, buildings, structures, road works, trees and any other immovable property on or attached to the Site. Such memorandum shall have appended thereto an appendix (the “Appendix”) specifying in reasonable detail those parts of the Site to which vacant access and Right of Way has not been granted to the Concessionaire. Signing of the memorandum, in two counterparts (each of which shall constitute an original), by the authorised representatives of the Parties shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 10.2.2, be deemed to constitute a valid licence and Right of Way to the Concessionaire for free and unrestricted use and development of the vacant and unencumbered Site during the Concession Period under and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and for no other purpose whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that valid licence and Right of Way with respect to the parts of the Site as set forth in the Appendix shall be deemed to have been granted to the Concessionaire upon vacant access thereto being provided by the Authority to the Concessionaire.

  • Structure of Agreement The Trust is entering into this Agreement solely on behalf of the Fund. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing: (a) no breach of any term of this Agreement shall create a right or obligation with respect to any series of the Trust other than the Fund; (b) under no circumstances shall the Advisor have the right to set off claims relating to the Fund by applying property of any other series of the Trust; and (c) the business and contractual relationships created by this Agreement, consideration for entering into this Agreement, and the consequences of such relationship and consideration relate solely to the Trust and the Fund.

  • Cooperative Agreement The provisions and pricing of this Contract will be extended to other California local or state governmental entities. Governmental entities wishing to use this Contract will be responsible for issuing their own purchase documents/price agreements, providing for their own acceptance, and making any subsequent payments. Contractor shall be required to include in any Contract entered into with another agency or entity that is entered into as an extension of this Contract a Contract clause that will hold harmless the County of Orange from all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions of every kind resulting directly or indirectly, arising out of, or in any way connected with the use of this contract. Failure to do so will be considered a material breach of this Contract and grounds for immediate Contract termination. The cooperative entities are responsible for obtaining all certificates of insurance and bonds required. The Contractor is responsible for providing each cooperative entity a copy of the Contract upon request by the cooperative entity. The County of Orange makes no guarantee of usage by other users of this Contract. The Contractor shall be required to maintain a list of the cooperative entities using this Contract. The list shall report dollar volumes spent annually and shall be provided on an annual basis to the County, at the County’s request.
