Commencement of Development. 7.3.1 In the event that development on the Lands has not commenced within four (4) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry Office, as indicated herein, the Agreement shall have no further force or effect and henceforth the development of the Lands shall conform with the provisions of the Land Use By-law.
Commencement of Development. 4. The Owner covenants that it shall not commence any development whatsoever on the Subject Lands until:
Commencement of Development. 7.3.1 For the purpose of this section, commencement of development shall mean registration of this agreement at the Registry of Deeds.
Commencement of Development. 13.1 The Owner/Developer shall give to the Council seven (7) days written notice of its intention to Commence Development and shall confirm in writing within seven (7) days following Commencement that Development has Commenced PROVIDED THAT failure to provide either of the said notifications shall not render this Agreement inoperative
Commencement of Development. Buyer shall use its good faith effort to commence construction at the Property no later than March 31, 2021 (the “Project Commencement Date”).
Commencement of Development. No collaborative development work shall commence pursuant to this Agreement, and Sun shall not be provided with access to any Netscape or AOL code, prior to the Closing Date.

Commencement of Development. Buyer shall use its good faith effort to commence construction at the Property within six months of the date this Amendment is executed by the last signatory hereto (the “Project Commencement Date”).
Commencement of Development. 4.3.1 Following the issuance of the Merian Right of Exploitation, Surgold shall be required to commence Development taking into account the schedule referred to in Section 4.3.3 of this Agreement. Provided, however that if some or all of the elements of the Feasibility Study have changed in such a way that commencement of Development is infeasible, or that continuation of Development activities are infeasible, Surgold shall notify the Republic of Suriname stating the reasons why it is required to delay or discontinue Development activities. For that purpose Surgold shall provide a schedule to commence or recommence Development to the Republic of Suriname. The Republic of Suriname shall then notify Surgold stating that: (i) it accepts the schedule or the proposed date for recommencement of Development, or (ii) it disagrees with the reasons presented by Surgold and rejects the schedule or the discontinuation of Development, in which case, subject to the provisions of Section 4.3.3, Surgold shall be in default unless Development commences or recommences within sixty (60) days from the date of the notice by the Republic of Suriname.
Commencement of Development. Buyer shall commence construction at the Property no later than September 1, 2022 (the “Project Commencement Date”). Buyer shall also complete a rough-in inspection with the Building Department prior to February 1, 2023 (the “Project Rough-In Inspection Date”). If the Project Commencement Date or Project Rough-In Inspection dates are not met then the Buyer shall immediately execute the Warranty Deed attached as Exhibit D and return the Property to the Seller, without any right to compensation from Seller. Buyer shall remain liable for any property taxes and assessments due and owing on the Property on and prior to the transfer date.
