Occupancy Fee. Licensee shall pay to UFRFI a non- refundable sum of $200.00 to cover key lock changes, minor adaptations and other incidental expenses related to the occupancy of the Licensee. The Occupancy Fee shall be paid at the beginning of the initial term as an addition to the first month's payment of license fees pursuant to Section 3 (a).

Occupancy Fee i. Payment in Full, Summer or Fall Move-In, 9-12 month license period: Residents who paid in full for the Summer - Spring, Summer - Summer, Fall - Spring, or Fall - Summer license periods, the occupancy fee is partially refundable if the resident notifies the college of his/her intent to move out by November 1st of the move-in year. Residents will receive a refund equivalent to approximately 45% of the full license fee paid. Residents who request the refund are expected to vacate the unit by the final day of Fall Quarter of the move-in year. For students who move in the Studios in other quarters, or who move in for Summer only, the license fee is not refundable.
Occupancy Fee. The University will provide funding equal to that of a 6% occupancy fee for each occupied room per night at Hotel UMass, excluding rooms paid for by University of Massachusetts accounts. Payments will be made via electronic payment on a quarterly basis.

The occupancy fee shall be paid as an addition to the first month’s payment. Licensee shall pay applicable sales, use, or other taxes with respect to all occupancy fees.
Occupancy Fee. Occupant agrees to pay Habitat Three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) in monthly installments beginning on the first day of the month during the term of this Occupancy Agreement. If the term begins before or after the first day of the month, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay a prorata occupancy fee of $15.00 per day. This prorata occupancy fee is for the first month only. Should Occupant remain in occupancy beyond the initial term of one year, the occupancy fee shall be increased by $25.00 per month for each six month period beyond the initial 12 month term at the sole discretion of Habitat. Habitat shall have the right to charge and collect a late fee for any installment not received within ten (10) business days after the installment is due. The amount of the late fee shall be established by Habitat with notice of the amount given to Occupant, and is subject to change during the term of this Occupancy Agreement. Notice of any change in the amount will be given to Occupant in writing at least thirty days prior to said change going into effect.

The full duct rate will apply when the Licensee occupies 100% of the innerducts in a duct, or where the placement of a single Licensee’s cable in a duct precludes the placement of additional cable. The half duct rate will apply when the Licensee occupies a duct that does not contain innerduct or when the Licensee occupies 50% of the innerducts in a duct. The third duct rate will apply when the Licensee occupies 33% of the innerducts in a duct. The quarter duct rate will apply when the Licensee occupies 25% of the innerducts in a duct.
