Maximum Occupancy. No more than two (2) guests per one (1) resident (who is present) are permitted in a student room/suite/apartment at any given time unless otherwise approved by the University (Residential Life).
Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the Property is limited to __________, unless the Owner gives its prior written consent. A charge of $__________ per person per night will be assessed for each person who stays in the Property in addition to the Rental Party. Guest will be charged without notice for additional persons staying in the Property and not disclosed to Owner.

Guest agrees to abide by all occupancy rules and agree that at no time will the number of occupants exceed the total number of occupants permitted in the rental unit. Guest will be given notice and agrees to vacate the premises within 24 hours of notice. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A SEVEN NIGHT BOOKING.
Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 persons. Exceptions to this limit may be allowed, especially for small children, but only with written Homeowner approval. No group reservations will be accepted. Additional guest charges of $15/guest/night are collected for all guests over 2 total. Should Guest exceed the number of guests indicated in the reservation, Homeowner reserves the right to terminate the lease and ask Guest to leave the premises immediately. In this case, Guest will forfeit full security deposit and no refund will be given for unused dates.
Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of overnight guests for this property (Section 2) is limited to ( ) persons. Maximum occupancy for this property inside and outside shall not exceed fifteen (15) persons at any time. If Student exceeds the maximum occupancy, Student and any and all of their guests are subject to immediate removal and forfeiture of their security deposit and rental payment(s).
Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to fourteen (14) persons. An additional charge or $15.00 per person per night for guests in addition to ten (10) will be assessed. The maximum number of people who can be on the property at any given time is also fourteen due to zoning, septic and other considerations. This includes any guests you might have.
Maximum Occupancy. Studio and 1-bedroom apartments are restricted to a one-person maximum occupancy.
Maximum Occupancy. At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the home sleeps, including infants. Occupancy limits are in accordance with rules of the local or State Fire Xxxxxxxx'x Office. Sleeping limit shows as (for instance) "sleeps 6". Guests and visitors must be pre-approved by Agent in advance. (Each child counts as one guest). If you bring in extra guests or visitors without prior approval and payment, guest(s) will be asked to vacate the property. All security payments, fees, and all rent will be subject to forfeiture. Absolutely No House Parties!
Maximum Occupancy. It is the intent of FHS to house the maximum number of students per housing unit. Each housing unit (except those modified for the physically challenged) is designed to house four (4) Licensees.
