Non-soliciting. Neither the Founder nor the Controlling Shareholder shall persuade or encourage any employee of the Group Company to accept other employment, or to recruit any employee of the Group Company in other ways; or to provide any form of consultation, guidance, counsel, assistance or funding to any person engaged in a business that competes with the business of the Group Company.

Non-soliciting. Contractor agrees and covenants, because of his access to and knowledge, acquired solely as a result of this contract, of AFS’s customers and accounts, and other confidential business information related thereto, that he shall not, during the effective term of this contract and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after its termination and the termination of every other contract that Contractor shall have executed with AFS, whichever termination date shall last occur, either directly or indirectly, in any individual, representative or participatory capacity whether as an owner, stockholder, partner, joint venture, employer, employee, director, agent, or any other capacity, solicit or interfere in any way with any customer account then being serviced by AFS or which was a customer account at any time during the term of the Contractor’s contracts or any of them with AFS, and, further contractor agrees that if any such AFS accounts are or were part of a chain the covenants and undertakings made and given by contractor under this paragraph shall apply to all stores/offices within the chain(s) in each and every district, area, or zone then serviced by AFS or as to which it provided service to any location of such chain during the term of each and every contract between contractor and American Facility Services, Inc. n
Non-soliciting. The Employee will not, during one year following termination of his Employment Agreement, either on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person directly or indirectly induce or seek to induce any employee of the Company as well as other companies of the group to which the Company belongs to terminate their employment (whether or not such termination would amount to a breach of that person’s contract of employment with Company) in order to work for him, or for any individual or organization.
Non-soliciting. For whatsoever reason and throughout the whole term of this Agreement and for two (2) years following its termination, Partners shall not employ or retain the services of the other Partner's employees (or becoming former-employees).

  • Customer Non-Solicitation During the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending twelve (12) months after the Termination Date, regardless of the reason for Executive’s termination of employment, the Executive shall not (except on the Company’s behalf during the Executive’s employment with the Company), for purposes of providing products or services that are competitive with those provided by any member of the Company Group, on the Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any other Person, solicit any customer or client of any member of the Company Group with whom the Executive had contact, solicited, or served within the twelve (12) months prior to the Termination Date.

  • Non-Solicitation of Clients During the Restricted Period, the Executive agrees not to solicit, directly or indirectly, on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person(s), any client of the Company to whom the Company had provided services at any time during the Executive’s employment with the Company in any line of business that the Company conducts as of the date of the Executive’s termination of employment or that the Company is actively soliciting, for the purpose of marketing or providing any service competitive with any service then offered by the Company.

  • Employee Non-Solicitation During the term of Executive's employment with the Company and for one (1) year thereafter, Executive shall not directly or indirectly encourage any Company employee to terminate his employment with the Company unless Executive does so in the course of performing his duties for the Company and such encouragement is in the Company's best interests. Neither the Company nor the Purchaser has engaged in any ‘Directed Selling Efforts in the U.S.’ as defined in Regulation S promulgated by the SEC under U.S. securities laws.
