Business of the Group. The Consultant will not, during the term of this Agreement, engage in any business, enterprise or activity that is contrary to or detracts from the due performance of the Business of the Group.
Business of the Group. The Group is to own and carry on the Business in accordance with the provisions of this deed and the Company shall not, and shall procure that each other Group Company does not, carry on any other business apart from the Business, unless otherwise approved by the Shareholders in accordance with clause 8.1.
Business of the Group. 2.1 The Group Companies shall not conduct any business or activity other than in the field of the research and development, manufacture, and distribution of electronic education products in accordance with business plans approved by the Board or Subsidiary Boards (as the case may be).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other document, the Shareholders agree amongst each other and with the Company that the principal objective of the Group shall be to engage in all aspects of Pay-TV, primarily in Thailand, and thereafter in Xxxxxxx, Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Malaysia and Cambodia, and if the Memorandum of Association of any Group Company does not reflect this objective then the Shareholders shall use all their shareholder rights to ensure that the applicable Memorandum of Association is amended to reflect this objective. In addition, the Group shall conduct such other business as the Board may resolve from time to time.
Business of the Group. 2.1 The Group shall not conduct any business or activity other than their existing business as a software provider in digital (electronic) B2G transactions for import/export purposes, principally engaged in the design, research, development, sales and distribution of a series of standardized software products in compliance with the formalities of the PRC’s State Import and Export Commodity Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and the provision of digital solutions to other governmental bodies including, but not limited to, the Customs General Administration of the PRC.
Business of the Group. 3.1 The principal activity of the Group shall be the provision of a cross-border payments processing hub that supports business payments, mass payout, payment collection, money transfer and mobile top up, and such other businesses as may be incidental thereto, or as may be approved in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (“Business”).

The Business of the Group consists of the provision of electronic management systems, sales management information systems, medical professional databases and services related to those databases, including direct marketing and consulting, primarily to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
