Moving of Materials. Upon written request, a transferred Unit Member 1530 shall receive District assistance in moving personal materials to the 1531 new work location.
Moving of Materials. Upon notice to the principal/immediate supervisor, the District shall move a teacher's materials to a new location when the teacher's work location changes (reassignment or transfer). For purposes of this Section, "materials" is limited to classroom instructional materials and other classroom-related equipment, and shall specifically exclude personal items not used for educational purposes. The last teacher workday shall be utilized by the teacher to prepare materials for moving.
Moving of Materials. When the requirement to move material is a directive that stems from board action as in the case of school construction, renovation or involuntary relocation from one building to another, consideration for procedural ramifications will be developed. Under such conditions it may be necessary for the district to direct the individual to complete the activity in a time specific manner. In such cases where the work is to be performed outside the contracted work schedule, the district will compensate the individual a total of $150 for their time. The district shall be responsible for moving materials from building to building.

  • Use of Materials There should be no limitations or restrictions by Union upon a Contractor's choice of materials or design, nor, regardless of source or location, upon the full use and utilization, of equipment, machinery, packaging, precast, prefabricated, prefinished, or preassembled materials, tools or other labor saving devices, subject to the application of the California Public Contract and Labor Codes.
