COVERAGE EXTENSIONS. Unless stated otherwise in the coverage agreement, our liability under any coverage extension is part of, not in addition to, the limit applying to the coverage or coverage part.
COVERAGE EXTENSIONS. The amount of insurance specified in the “Declarations Page” that corresponds with the coverage extension is the maximum recovery for any extension of coverage in respect of any “one breakdown” occurring during the policy period. If any extension of coverage is indicated as NOT INSURED on the “Declarations Page” then no coverage will be afforded by those extensions. The coverage extensions:

The insurance policies described in this Section shall be endorsed to include Telgian and its subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors and employees as additional insured on the ISO form CG 20 10 11 85 or equivalent. Also the following requirements apply to all insurance policies:
COVERAGE EXTENSIONS. Although payment does not arise from claims, we will pay amounts provided by these Coverage Extensions as follows:
COVERAGE EXTENSIONS. A. Spouses If a Claim made against an Insured Individual includes a claim against the Insured Individual's lawful spouse solely by reason of (1) such spouse's status as a spouse of the Insured Individual, or (2) such spouse's ownership interest in property from which the claimant seeks recovery for the Wrongful Acts of the Insured Individual, all Loss which such spouse becomes legally obligated to pay on account of such claim shall be treated for purposes of this Policy as Loss which the Insured Individual is legally obligated to pay on account of the Claim made against the Insured Individual. Such Loss shall be covered under this Policy only if and to the extent that such Loss would be covered under this Policy if incurred by the Insured Individual. The coverage extension afforded by this Subsection does not apply to any Claim alleging any Wrongful Act or omission by an Insured Individual's spouse. The term "spouse" as used in this paragraph shall include any natural person qualifying as a domestic partner under the provisions of any applicable federal, state or local law in the United States of America.
COVERAGE EXTENSIONS. A. Spousal Coverage Coverage shall apply to a Claim made against the lawful spouse or a Domestic Partner of an Insured Person, provided that:

The following Coverage Extensions indicate an applicable "limit". This "limit" may also be shown in the "schedule of coverages". If a different "limit" is indicated on the "schedule of coverages", that "limit" will apply instead of the "limit" shown below.
COVERAGE EXTENSIONS. Eviction Filing Fees and Defense Costs and Sheriff, Marshal or Constable Fees All claims under the Coverage Extensions section are subject to the Maximum Limit shown in the certificate of insurance and aggregated each policy period. If the certificate holder makes multiple claims under Coverage Extensions, the maximum we will pay in any one policy period is the limit for this benefit shown on the certificate of insurance. If , for example, the certificate holder makes a claim for benefits in the amount of $3,500 and the limit for this coverage is $4,000, then the maximum the we will pay for a subsequent claim within the same policy period is an additional $500.
COVERAGE EXTENSIONS. The limit of insurance for each of the following Coverage Extensions is included within the Limits of Insurance applicable to the Property listed in the Declarations.
