All of Contractor Sample Clauses
All of Contractor s rights and privileges arising from the indemnities contained in Clause 12 and Clause 14 and the limitation of liability under this Clause 21 shall survive the expiration or other termination of this Agreement, and said indemnities are expressly made for the benefit of and shall be enforceable by Contractor Group, its successors and assigns.
All of Contractor s or a subcontractor’s personnel shall comply with GTA or the Agency’s reasonable confidentiality and security requirements while on GTA’s or the Agency’s premises. In the event that any of Contractor’s or a subcontractor’s personnel do not comply with such confidentiality and security requirements, GTA or the Agency, in its sole reasonable discretion, may have the personnel removed from the premises
