Common use of Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. If Provider will be transporting consumers, then all Provider-owned vehicles and all hired vehicles shall be insured by a motor vehicle insurance policy consistent with Michigan statutes and such policy(ies) shall have limits of liability of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit bodily injury and property damage for all. For all non-owned vehicles, Provider’s personnel must maintain adequate motor vehicle liability coverage.
