Passenger Liability definition

Passenger Liability means the legal liability of the Carrier to any passenger or other person in respect of a passenger, arising from the Carrier’s operation, ownership or possession of an aircraft, for:
Passenger Liability means the legal liability of the carrier to any passenger or other person in respect of a passenger, arising from the carrier’s operation for injury to or death of persons who are passengers, OR losses suffered or sustained by a passenger or other person as a result of the carrier’s inability to perform, part or whole of contracted air service OR damage to or loss of goods or losses due to any delay in deliver of any goods in the carrier’s charge.

  • When necessary to use aircraft for the performance of the CONSULTANT’s Services under the terms of this Contract, either by the CONSULTANT or SUB- CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT or SUB-CONSULTANT operating the aircraft shall carry aircraft liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Passenger Liability.

  • When necessary to use aircraft for the performance of the CONSULTANT's Services under the terms of this Contract, either by the CONSULTANT or SUB-CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT or SUB-CONSULTANT operating the aircraft shall carry aircraft liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Passenger Liability.

  • When necessary to use aircraft for the performance of the CONSULTANT’s Services under the terms of this Contract, either by the CONSULTANT or SUB-CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT or SUB-CONSULTANT operating the aircraft shall carry aircraft liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Passenger Liability.

  • If the Subcontractor or his Subcontractors use any owned, leased, chartered or hired aircraft of any type in the performance of this contract, they shall maintain aircraft liability insurance in an amount of not less than $10,000,000 per occurrence including Passenger Liability and Contractor and Owner shall be named as additional insureds.

  • Comprehensive Aircraft Liability Insurance, if any of the Services involve use of a chartered or private aircraft, carried by Supplier or, if Supplier is not the owner of the aircraft, by the aircraft owner, including Passenger Liability without any seat limitation, with limits of not less than U.S.$4,000,000, per seat, combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, per occurrence.

  • Comprehensive Airline Liability Insurance, including but not limited to Aircraft Liability, Passenger Liability, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, War Risk and Allied perils, including both passengers and other third parties, Cargo Liability and Baggage Liability Insurance, with combined single limits for each and every loss and each aircraft of not less than (i) U.S. $300,000,000, or (ii) U.S. $3,000,000 per available seat or (iii) the limits that Contractor has in place, whichever is greatest.

  • If the Subcontractor or their Subcontractors use any owned; leased, chartered or hired aircraft of any type (including helicopters) in the performance of this contract, they shall maintain aircraft liability insurance in an amount not less than $10,000,000 per occurrence including Passenger Liability.

  • The maximum amount recoverable in respect of Passenger Liability claims shall be the amount shown on the insuring agreement declaration page and shall form part of the maximum recoverable under Section B, Third Party Liability and within the Combined Single Limit.

  • Insurance comprising (as a minimum) "Balance of Third Party" Risks including Passenger Liability indemnity with a limit of indemnity of not less than R5 000 000 for all owned, non-owned, leased and hired vehicles.

  • If any aircraft are used by Subcontractor in the operations hereunder, Subcontractor shall carry or require the owners of such aircraft to carry Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability, including Passenger Liability, of not less than $1,000,000 Single Limit.

Related to Passenger Liability

  • Other Liabilities means any and all liabilities of any type whatsoever (including, but not limited to, judgments, fines, penalties, ERISA (or other benefit plan related) excise taxes or penalties, and amounts paid in settlement and all interest, taxes, assessments and other charges paid or payable in connection with or in respect of any such judgments, fines, ERISA (or other benefit plan related) excise taxes or penalties, or amounts paid in settlement).

  • Hovercraft Liability This policy does not cover "hovercraft liability".

  • Aircraft Liability This policy does not cover "aircraft liability".

  • Product Liability Claim means a Claim of a Third Party (other than a Claim arising out of use of the Product in a clinical trial) that (i) arises as a result of the use of the Product during the Term that results in personal injury or death or (ii) is in anticipation of or intended to prevent or forestall personal injury or death as a result of the use of the Product during the Term.

  • Product Liability means any liability, claim or expense, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and medical expenses, arising in whole or in part out of a breach of any express or implied product warranty by the Company, strict liability in tort, negligent manufacture of product, negligent provision of services, product recall, or any other allegation of liability arising from the design, testing, manufacture, packaging, labeling (including instructions for use), or sale of products.
