MISCELLANEOUS 14. 1 Notices Any notice or other communication under this Agreement given by either Party to the other Party will be in writing and will be delivered in person or mailed, properly addressed and stamped with the required postage, to the intended recipient at its address specified below its signature at the end of this Agreement and to the attention of the person that executed this Agreement on behalf of such Party. MISCELLANEOUS 14. 1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any right to use in advertising, publicity, or other promotional activities any name, trade name, trademark, or other designation of either party hereto without the express written approval of the other party. 14.2 BCI makes no warranties as to the validity or scope of any of the Patent Rights, or that any manufacture, sale, use, or other disposition of the products licensed hereunder will be free from infringement of patents, utility models, and/or design patents of third parties.
