Agreement Confidential. Both parties shall keep the terms and conditions of this Agreement confidential except as may be required to enforce any provision of this Agreement or as may otherwise be required by any law, regulation or other regulatory requirement.
Agreement Confidential. During the Term and the Non-Competition Period, each party agrees not to disclose to any third party the conditions of Executive’s employment with the Company except as may be required in filings made pursuant to applicable law and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission; provided, Executive may disclose the terms of this Agreement to his accountants, attorneys, future and potential future employers and/or spouse, provided that they also agree to maintain the confidentiality of this Agreement.
Agreement Confidential. The parties agree that the existence and contents of this Agreement (including any Schedules and attachments) is Confidential Information and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party, except that in furtherance of this Agreement, and only to the extent reasonably necessary for this purpose, its existence or contents may be disclosed to the following who shall also be made subject to the restrictions on disclosure stated herein; (i) any Affiliate of the parties, (ii) governmental regulatory agencies, including, but not limited to, environmental protection authorities, (iii) contract laboratories, and (iv) suppliers of raw materials or components. This obligation of confidentiality shall not apply to disclosures required by law.
Agreement Confidential. Both the Executive and the Company will keep the terms of this Agreement confidential provided that this provision shall not restrict any disclosure by the Company pursuant to any applicable law, regulation or judicial order.
Agreement Confidential. The parties agree that the contents of this Agreement shall constitute Confidential Information, and as such, will not be disclosed by either Party without the written consent of the other, except as permitted by Sections 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3.
Agreement Confidential. Employee will keep the fact and terms of this Agreement completely confidential and will not disclose the existence of this Agreement or its terms, except as required by law or court order. Employee may, however, disclose the existence and terms of this Agreement with Employee’s attorney, accountant, financial advisors, and spouse or domestic partner. Any such third persons informed of the terms of this Agreement will in turn be advised by Employee of this confidentiality provision and requested to maintain it.
Agreement Confidential. No publicity matter having or containing any reference to a Party to this Agreement, other than the facts of any agreements that exist between the Parties, shall be used by either Party, except upon prior approval by the other Party in writing.
Agreement Confidential. Neither Party shall disclose, advertise or publish the terms or conditions of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party, except (i) as may be required by law (including for disclosure purposes under applicable securities laws and regulations) and (ii) to its professional advisors and to investors or potential investors who are under an obligation of confidentiality at least as restrictive as that contained in this Section 10.
Agreement Confidential. The terms of this Agreement and all related documents and the negotiations relating thereto are strictly confidential and no disclosure relating thereto shall be made or issued by or on behalf of any party to this Agreement to any third party (other than its professional advisers or bankers or by WPTE to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) in connection with its required filings with the Commission) except in the terms and at the time agreed by the parties, but such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Agreement Confidential. The parties will keep the terms and conditions of this Agreement (except the existence of this Agreement) confidential and will not divulge any part of this Agreement to any third party except:
